Its very clean,cheap and hospitality was very good so i bacoming regular visitor.Also this hotel available in main town of theni where you will get the all facilities. Thanks and Keep up your good work.

Booked a non ac room for solo business work. Easily accessible from theni old bus stand. The reception guy saved my room boy tip by not accompanying me. Probably coz i had only 1 luggage. Room was very neat n clean. Door had to be locked by key from inside. Was weird. Charger points were bit far from tables.none near bed.guess safe. Credit card machine didn't work. Excuse? No restaurant. Mineral Water available. No separate car parking. Tv available. Although it has some shortcomings i think it is an ideal budget hotel even for families given its location.

We stayed in Hotel SIVAS for a week and it was good. The hotel is located just 50 mts from the madurai main road,behind of theni old bus stand and has ample parking. We stayed in a Suite room and the room was too good. The room service was prompt and staff were courteous. The food in the hotel was excellent. Overall process from checkin to checkout was smooth and the staff made our stay a memorable one. Overall we feel like a home. we will come again and we refer to ma all relatives and friends.

For its location & price - it's excellent hotel For vacation - since in heart of city surrounded by bus stand & market may not fit in for some For business - everything is within reach by walking 20mins - market, restaurants, bus stand surrounded perfec match you can't ask for more Price - can't be matched you can not ask for more Behaviour - staff makes you to feel at home , provide with true information Recommended for a 1 or 2 night stays

Nice stay at a cheaper cost.located in heart of the city.The owner runs Regency like a home.very much humble and showed good hospitality.They guide us perfectly for in and around sight seeing.Overall experience was fantastic.
